Forest of Andor/Inside the Sky Chariot

The larger area is lit by subdued lighting but there are no visible torches on the walls. Like the previous rooms, the walls are a strange metallic material that is perfectly smooth to the touch and covered in the now familiar symbols.

There appears to be two more sets of doors that are closed and a desk and chair combo that looks the correct size for Grel. Neither door will open and seem to require a different card to the original brown one.

Rounding the back of the desk, Grel and Jadrol find another smaller door that opens with a touch on a pad similar to the earlier one. The door opens to a smaller room containing loaded shelves and two strange cylindrical objects.

Jadrols examination of one of them it appears to trigger a reaction, as it starts to whirr and click, while flexing its appendages. Soon enough the adjacent object start to do the same and Jadrol backs off slowly.

Suddenly the front of the first one pops open and a spidery machine comes out and leaps at Jadrol plucking at his belt buckle!

Grel shouts for Hal to do something but he (it?) claims it has no control over them, and they are looking for material to make repairs. It seems metal is the material of choice!

As the second machine comes to life, Jadrol backs out further and manages to fling the spider across the store room and into the wall and closes the door.

This did nothing to contain the machines as they kept on coming, with another spider appearing from machine #2

Grel and Calla back off, but Jadrol is surrounded and grappled despite Calla icing the machines up.

Grel keeps peppering them with arrows, while Calla freezes and melts them, eventually causing one to fall silent.

A spider launches itself at Calla but finding no metal, it seems to go after Jadrol, ripping at his boots and injuring and flooring Jadrol.

The remaining machine then grabs Grel and starts ripping the metal studs from his armour leaving it badly damaged.

Abruptly the damaged machine explodes, further damaging the one grappling Grel and letting Calla finish it off.

With Jadrol healed by Grel, the desk is searched and another card is found that opens the bigger doors, as well as a strange flat object (PDA)
