Special attacks

Pounce (Ex): If Adalger in tiger form charges an opponent, it can make a full attack, including two rake attacks.
Curse of Lycanthropy (Su): Any humanoid or giant hit by Adalgers bite attack in animal or hybrid form must succeed on a DC 15 Fortitude save or contract lycanthropy.
Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, Adalger in tiger form must hit with a claw or bite attack. He can then attempt to start a grapple as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. If he wins the grapple check, he establishes a hold and can rake.
Rake (Ex): Attack bonus +9 melee, damage 1d8+3.

Equipment

  • Sparkling Claws, A set of Custom-made Gloves enhancing his natural attack (+2, shocking) (2x 27453gp) Ok, dropped the belt and Amulet and got both. Didn't want to look like Michael Jackson! -- Bert 21:30, 29 Oct 2006 (GMT) (Might be worth adding some variety here. Give the second one a different bonus, such as frost/flame/ghost touch etc. Or make it +1 and add a +2 special ability (icy or flaming burst), +1 with two +1 bonuses (flaming and ghost-touch or icy and keen) Craig 12:21, 30 Oct 2006 (GMT)) Good idea. Was being lazy and unimaginative when I got home last night Bert 12:54, 30 Oct 2006 (GMT)
  • StrongBow, a very heavily strung (+8STR) +1 Longbow (3200 gp)
  • 50 x Arrows
  • Lucky Mithral Shirt +2. (15100 gp) +2 Luck bonus to AC
  • Ring of protection +2. (8000 gp)
  • Amulet of Natural Armour +2. (8000 gp) A small silver claw hanging from a black collar. (This natural armour bonus will not stack with your inherent bonuses -- Craig) The SRD says "an enhancement bonus to his natural armor bonus of from +1 to +5" which suggests to me that it does stack. -- Bert (Umm, looks like I was wrong here then - sorry -- Craig 12:21, 30 Oct 2006 (GMT))
  • Ox Belt (+3 CON) (This looks highly suspicious - 3.5e forbids items that give an odd numbered bonus to stats - what book is this from?? -- Craig 19:25, 29 Oct 2006 (GMT)) Well, like half of my kit, I made it up. I've never known odd bonuses were forbidden, and I can't think why they would be. PCGen definately allows odd numbers in custom items, so I guess I'll add it to the lengthening list of things I hate about it. Dropped in favour of claws, above -- Bert 21:30, 29 Oct 2006 (GMT) +3 could give a +2 modifier or a +1 modifier depending on whether your stat was originally even or odd. -- David 21:57, 29 Oct 2006 (GMT)
