Westharbour is the port city in a coastal region on the world known as Erthe.
It is the seat of the local Duchy, ruled by the Marshall family, which is subjugate to the capital of the kingdom based in Southtown.
Recently Duchess Victoria died in her sleep, and Duke Harve was stabbed to death while in the main square, creating a power vacuum.
Bram Marshall (youngest son of Harve and Victoria) is head of the city guard and is currently investigating the deaths.
The eldest son Thornton is now the Duke, but is in a power struggle with his sister Elinor who maintains that he is unfit to rule.

Return to town to pick up the remaining ingots without getting arrested for murder

Start an investigation at the behest of the merchant's consortium in Southtown into the merchant Rudyard Moe's death. This is actually a ruse to divert the attention of the Assassins' Guild from the government agents towards us.

Locate the Assasin's Guild lairs and report to Franseza
Bother/kill/put in prison Westlin Ross, merchant who mandated Rudyard Moe's death

Sold most of the metal ingots remaining from Northwatch
Get rid of the poison kit.
Escape from the town cells and get Jack back to Waveskimmer.
Send the vrock back to its home plane.
Prove our innocence with regards to the poison kit - Our records in Westharbour have been cleared thanks to Franseza.
