A warren of cellars, sewers, abandoned mine shafts, and passageways beneath the city.  The black feathers and red hand gangs have their hideouts in the upper levels of the Under Town.  Both gangs pay tribute to the true leader of Under Town:  The King Rat, a venerable wererat ruling with a iron paw.&lt;br /&gt;
