<p>Question about cloak of black</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>If the &#039;cloak of black&#039; is a home-made item, can you describe it on the items page please DM :) I guess we need to know how it&#039;s activated etc. <br /> <br /> My assumption is that it&#039;s like a minor cloak of displacement but without the permanent effect (and the 24000gp price tag ;)&lt;br /&gt;<br /> I make it (CL of 5 * spell level of 2 (Blur) * 2000 for use activation) all divided by 5 (one use per day) = 4000gp<br /> <br /> Is that right? I guess if it&#039;s command word activated it&#039;s slightly cheaper...
