Lord Zoltan Arbusy is the head of an old, aristocratic family in [[Vindburg]], and a member of the Vindburg Council. A gentleman aventurer he has little interest in politics and spends much of his time exploring and attempting to capture rare creatures for his menagerie.

He is mostly known for the creatures he brings as (mostly unsuccessful) show pieces to the annual Royal Hunt. The most recent being:

* Giant Frilled Lizard (replaces the Dracolisk killed by a party of adventurers after a incident at the docks).
* Dire Wolverine (escaped)
* Gelatinous Cube (mostly just wobbled)
* Owlbear (over-drugged and spent the time fast asleep).
